OP, you'll probably grow out of self-mutilating eventually, after you realize people still aren't really paying attention to you.

Sorry to be this direct with you.
But I have been a cutter myself once.
Chances are you are craving attention. So pull it the fuck together and get that attention through other means, a breakup is not the end of the world. Chances are it will happen again. And again. You need to get over that stuff and move on, and certainly not mutilate yourself or anyone around you.
If you must hurt yourself, slam your head against a wall or other stuff that will only knock out a few braincells.
Best thing to do, though, is pull it the fuck together, get out into the big bad world and start living instead.

Um, what I BELIEVE you ment to say was In Crematorium Flame. The fact that you left out such a small part of the song title is practically a crime in RP jack threads. What would be a bigger crime is if you didn't realize that I'm kidding.

That song is bitchin-rad, though Archaic is not my favorite.

This is very wise and beneficial advice.

You are old enough to know it's stupid, and if you want to stop that badly, you will. Nobody can do it for you. Dont keep things nearby that you use to cut, and when you feel the need to cut, go for a walk, read a book, have a bath, anything to shift your focus. You arent a baby now, so you dont NEED a lot of attention, you can easily survive with your own company you know.

Archaic is a decent album. I've only got most of Death Church, Archaic and Cacophony.

Being honest is no means of survival, avoid your inner-feelings like the plague,
This is what it takes to comply with the images this structure will accommodate,
But things aren't what they seem when they're partially hidden behind walls of pretense built for peace of mind.
The barriers between us are forever maintained by our acceptance of the roles others choose to define.

In a world of competition life's portrayed as a contest where we're forced to live by making gains at others expense,
But no-one's really gaining when perpetual conflict's the result of our relationships based on presence,
We don't need this cultural cosmetic division it upholds the self-interest on which the system feeds,
A deconditioned consciousness of mutual respect is the only way to cure this cosmetic disease.

A lot of fancy words, but bottomline, you're complaining that the world is harsh because of its desire for conflict, and yet you say to 'avoid your inner-feelings like the plague'

Go see your doctor or your guidance counselor. If you are serious about stopping then they will send you in the right direction. Failing that try a teacher, there are some mental health boards out there that might help, if you want someone sympathetic to talk to on line, just be careful cos some of them are full of idiots.
