Hello, I suppose.

1. What do you do? (Hobbies, job)
I enjoy nature quite a bit. I climb the willow tree in my backyard to enjoy the view and for a little respite from the mindless insanity and drama high school generates. I hike, swim, draw (I'm terrible, but I enjoy it), and talk philosophy with my father. Yes, I enjoy that. It's a nice break from the base-instincts-driven peers at school.

2. Where are you from?
I'm an Idahoan. Woo, hillbilly hell!

3. Who is your favorite author?
Orson Scott Card is amazing, and I read Tolkien's work occasionally as well.

4. What are your favorite films?
I don't watch movies that often, but recently I've found that Avatar and the new Sherlock Holmes are remarkably entertaining.

5. What music do you want played at your wedding?
I'll leave the music at that event to my future spouse, as no doubt I would end up picking something unpractical, uncalled for, and likely insulted to various members of those who attend.

6. At your funeral?
The Bright Side of Life by Monty Python!

7. This IS a gothic website, so... how do you want to die?
Well, I drowned before. Not the funnest way to go, so I suppose I'd like to die peacefully, in my sleep.

8. What kind of casket would you want?
One with a few air-holes, in case I'm not really dead. Those around me WOULD bury me without checking.

9. What's your FAVORITE outfit?
Jeans and whatever fits for a top. And my shoes which are holier than Swiss cheese.

10. What's one thing you miss about being a little kid?
Not realizing how much the world actually sucks! WOO WE'RE ALL MORONS!

11. What's your favorite band?
Between Disturbed and Shinedown. Depends on the mood at the time.

12. What kind of education do you have? What is/was/will be your major?
Partial High School education. Drama and Marketing. Possibly Social Interactions.

13. Why did you join?
Because X-Pixie told me she'd beat me with a bread loaf if I didn't. Sourdough. -shudder-

14. If the first 13 questions didn't give it away. What is your gender?
Male.

Hopefully, I'll receive a better reception than Dracolyss. ^^

You had me at "Orson Scott Card"... I am a big fan of the "Ender's Game" series. I have Ender's game, Speaker for the Dead, Xenocide and Children of the Mind.. I've read Ender's Shadow.. love his writing style and the way his characters move through his world.

Poor thing.. stuck in Idaho... I don't think that makes you a hillbilly... but if you are a hillbilly, you best be sharing that moonshine!

Just to let you know.. that color of blue is known to cause cancer and reproductive harm in the state of California.

Yeah, I wasn't even going to try to read that (dark blue on black is all the rage with the stylish folks I know) but without enough contrast it's just too darned hard to read. But I did highlight a few lines and liked the comment about "Always look on the bright side of life".

Use a different font color with more contrast against the background (and not red, dear heaven please) and I'll be glad to welcome you to this place. I look forward to your contributions.

Well I didn't actually read much. Your comment about Orson Scott Card (what has he written that isn't awesome?) gave me the thought there might be that potential.

I wonder would beaten to death with a bread loaf ever be someone's favorite way to go.

No, but I would go for being tortured to death in the "cumfy chair" of Monty Python legend.

Sorry for the poor font color choice with Blue. I don't want to cause cancer in Calofornia, after all. Thank you for the warning, Ape. You have just saved lives.

Sorry about Idaho ... is the per-capita rate of suckage higher there than on average, as I suspect?

Air holes! Yeah, I request an air hole or two for any box I find myself thrust into ... er ... let me think about rewording that and I'll get back to you.

Hey, I like sourdough!

Bright Side of Life is still a winner.

Come to think of it, now that I remember some of the sound effects I've heard in the past, maybe an air hole or two in any box is a good thing.

Woo, sourdough-I have some living in my kitchen-sourdough starter that is...does it count as a pet or an ingredient?
I've been making it with rye flour (that sounds abit wrong...)
If you have sourdough bread where you come from, you can't complain about having no culture (even if it's just a yeast culture)
'Bright side' is a great choice for funeral music - I do like that film - though not as much as alot of the bores I know who can quote great swathes of Monty Python dialog - but I think the 'Peoples Popular Front of Judea' scene is the most genius critique of underground politics I ever saw.
Welcome-I was waited for Ben to give you a slapped wrist for the blue on black debacle - he he - don't worry, I got one too - rightly so incidentally!

Honestly, Idaho isn't that bad for someone like me. I'm extremely frustrated with the lack of any semblance of intelligence in this state, but the few other intellectuals I have met are truly worth the effort. We're not ALL mentally incapacitated neanderthals, after all. I refered to Sourdough as it has a very study crust, by the way.

Hey, I'm one of those people, cadavre.

Sorry Ape, no moonshine. However, I'm sure I can nab you some liquer.

Tree climbing actually works! Though for me it was probably maple or poplar.
Isn't the willow bad luck?

I was fuckin' with you Az'Shara-anyone who quotes chunks of cult film/Red Dwarf/Futurama-Simpsons dialogue is definitely cool in my book...
a little nerdy & obsessive maybe, but I'm first to admit I share those qualities!

I wish I had a tree in my garden, but unfortunately I live in a flat-I had a seat in the lime tree at my parents house that I used to sit and read or just sit on...that was neato

Only time I felt like that was when my friend Matt and I were talking about how much I despise certain members of my family, and he gave a really deep sigh, looked at me, and said "You know, sometimes... I wish my family tree had a few branches." And 'cause he IS one of those hick-town folk, it took me a minute to realize he was joking.
