So this year my roomie gave me a Zelda card, and I should explain that recently we played Ocarina of Time and Twilight Princess together, and it was her first time playing both of them. So she wasn't aware that Shiek was Zelda, and didn't even guess it, and she thought that Link and Shiek were gay together, she was kinda mad when it turned out to be Zelda.

So I got a card in which Link ditches all the girls in Ocarina of Time to go play music with Shiek. They look hilarious and have a rainbow around them XD

Great minds think alike, I don't know what that says about us when we give each other valentines day cards featuring gay video game scenarios.

Thanks and yeah I know I have to be patient. I'm on Lexapro which is pretty quick for an anti-depressant and should take about a week to start working but I won't get the full effect for at least two weeks.

Journalists are a funny bunch... They wrote an article about some activities at my workplace in the local newspaper today and everything is fine and dandy until I came upon the sentence "We walked the creaking staircase up to the sound-studio".

He must have great hearing (or he thought too much) since that staircase is built entirely in solid stone.

In just over a week, it will be my twenty first birthday.
Over the course of the next year, I intend to
-try several drugs currently outlawed in the UK,
-attend several clubs I've never been to,
-get a ridiculously extravagant, elegant and impractical latex outfit made based upon my own drawings,
-visit at least one non-UK country,
-start saving up to get to Burning Man
-try to get a better paid, more challenging and more interesting job in London

Several of these things can be accomplished in the next two or three months. The last three, though, will take time and resources.

Mostly lurking on the asshole of the internet, vigorously sexing my Gentleman, and working in a job that threatens to destroy every part of me that I value.

Hence the list of things I want before my 22nd birthday.

And how are you, strange lady?

Nice to hear. Only way I could get a promotion would be to kill off those above me.
While it may be very tempting to tell the girls that water smells really good if they just hold their heads under and breathe deeep... that would be a bad thing to do, and I'm not sure that dead girls' high heels are a great career path.
It's 1.52am and Winamp is now playing the Cure's "Lullaby" at me in a pointed attempt to get me to go to bed. Goodnight, GNet.

My Sisters of Mercy tickets, two birthday cards, my birthday cake (a highly alcoholic fruit cake with green icing and pictures of bats on it) and a package that I'm not opening till my birthday all arrived today. This is pleasing.

And I've missed the edit time on the previous post, but I've just paid for my cottage in Whitby this April.

I'm talking to five girls at a time.
Anyone can read into that as in I'm a pervert?

That is exciting, good luck and have fun

I stayed up far too late last night watching a documentary and a Mexican film so I didn't bother going to work today. My ute is in the shop having the turbo fixed anyway so I wouldn't have done much. Excuses excuses.

Oh yeah, I keep forgetting about that... college. I'm going to major in German and I don't know music appreciation, or something.
