Pimples? ah.. same here i don't have it before but now i don't know why the "F" my skin is breaking up but Proactive really helps you just need to use it regularly to get along with your system, over cleaning can make your skin even worst. Just maintain balance diet and sleep enough. I think it's part of growing up too bad for me it's kinda late when it started to show up but products like Proactive will help to prevent or lessen the break ups.

I get alot of pimples, but now I don't get as much because I tend to use Garnier products. They use quite alot of natural ingredients.

Oh, and, um... don't poke pimples.
Nope, I've never been on the Wizards.COM Forums.

go here.... www.acne.org Follow it just like it says. I am 32 years old and have had acne since I was 12. I have actually been asked to not return to the dermatologists office once because he could not clear it and didn't want to waste anymore of my money. Now I work with one and so far, this site has been the only thing that has given me noticable changes. It is not selling anything just getting the informatiohn out to those of us who need it. I have seen more improvement in 1 month than I have in the past 10 years. The 2.5 percent benzoylperoxide is VERY important too. Good luck!!!!!!!

Once I was talking to a male friend of mine via the phone and he decided to inform me that he has a 'pimple' on his tool.

Blah.

Odd, since there was certainly an Ephemeron on the boards. "Metatron" also suggested familiarity with Wizards products. Well, I suppose there's room on the net for two Ephemerons.

I'm also assuming that by capitalizing ".COM" you are not pointing out a mistake on my part. If you are, well... nice to see you again.

I have several friends who use Proactive. They swear by it.

No, I just capitalize any .NET, .ORG, etc. It's a habbit...

Hnn.. this is a usefull tread to be sure. I have baad ass acne but it has improved considerably in the past few months. In the morning I wash my face with really hot water and hand soap then go over it with a clean and clear cleansing pad that has scrubbing beads whatever the hell they are supposed to be *shug* anyway, at night before bed I wash my face with hot water and soap again and instead of using a clean and clear pad I put some rubbing alchohol on a cotton ball and go over by face, especially over the 'trouble areas'. It seems to be working for me. I dunno, like you all said, every one's face reacts differenty.

I found that stress plays a huge part in acne. Plus touching your face helps those evil critters and , yes, the food as well.
BUT, look on the bright side, as many of us get older our pimples migrate from our faces to places unseen except by us and those who are VERY close to us.

I used to have moderate acne and it sucked. But I went to a dermatologist and he prescribed this medicine which is a pill and a topical gel. The name of the pill is Vibra-Tabs, and the topical gel is Clinda-Derm. Within two weeks my face was considerably better.
After two months my face was acne free. I was so damn happy. But I still have
hyper pigmentation (acne marks), that should go away in a few months.

I thought I was going to have bad acne scars but luckily I don't. Also, I wash my face twice a day with Neutrogena Oil-fee acne wash, this cleanser doesn't over dry your face.
Oh, and always use face creams and make up that are non-comedogenic (won't clog pores).

One last thing, don't pick your face, you will regret it because you might end up with deep acne scars...

That is so true, acne is not only caused by hormones, stress can also make you break out.
Someone already made a post on this but I emphasize it. Exercise and eating healthy will make you look and feel a lot better.

*Luckily* Acne doesn't really run in the family. But I still get pimples. I just use face cleansers and sometimes just laying in a steamy bath can help.
