This is way more annoying than it is going to sound. I pieced my toung this weekend, and I have to wear the big bar for a week till the swelling goes down. I'm lisping when I talk, and it's hard to eat so I pretty much drink smoothies from a blender. It hurts and it's big, and I have to wait till saturday before they will change it.

Also don't shower!
The warm water will affect the flux capacitors in your large bar and cause a cascading effect in the time-space continuum that will result in my penis getting bigger!

Don't use a straw. Or lick a 9 volt battery.... 
Get thee some Pop Ice/Ice Pops... and one HUGE favor- try not to play with it too much (ie don't roll it outside your teeth) but try to get used to it with your jaw shot so you can get accustomed to th emovement changes you may have to make with your mouth so you don't chip a tooth.
But all the same, congrats!

as far as the teeth chipping
as soon as I get my small bar, which luckily is free, I will go out and get one of those plasticy balls, that are softer and aparantly better for the teeth. Also come in fun colors.
