Dilute your bleach with water, people.

I just had a kick ass denim jacket from a thrift store that I wanted to bleach white.

Well... it's white and is now the consistency of kraut.

Exactly what did you do and for how long? Did you use a machine or soak it in a bucket? How much bleach did you use?

I know what you mean. I didn't dilute the bleach on my ASF shirt with water and now it's got a fuckton of holes in it. So I've decided I'm going to stitch the holes shut with medical style stitches.
