Apparently the ones here suck. It really isn't hard to delete spam. The boards are worthless right now.

Well, there's officially one listed mod - Dirtnap - and nobody can say how active he is around here these days. I do know that when you submit a bunch of those "report this post" things that the spam gets deleted in a day or two. There is more on this in the functionality sticky in General. But if your point is that this place isn't kept clean in a timely manner like other major forums on the web are, I agree.

There are plenty of members, I've noticed, who are established and have minimal egos that should be able to at least maintain the place. Who owns the site?

You're stomping on old turf. In fact, the previous functionality stickied thread in General was deleted by admin due to the amount of "Why don't the owners do more" whining. But if you want to continue this tack, do it in the "Functionality 2010" thread in General, as admin does respond to that from time to time.

Oh, and to answer your question, I don't know. But I imagine you can plug gothic.net into one of the whois sites and get ownership info
