Don't have time for so much re-scapeing? It sounds like they would be quite lovely but it also sounds time and labor intensive. Perhaps you could do one at a time?

Oh I have the time, I could do one at the weekend, but I can't yet because it's going to be costly . I want to try out a new substrate method. Bonsai Clay with dry ferts thrown on top ( Potassium Nitrate, Potassium Phosphate and trace elements ) capped with sand. Plus Redmoor root and Manzanita and very expensive. But they do look fantastic and not as bulky and blocky as bogwood.

If you look up Iwagumi style aquascaping and Takashi Amano's tanks , you'll see the look I'm heading for ( but mine won't be quite as good because I am not brave enough to try CO2 injection, plus it's faffy and complicated )

I spent Friday the 13th schlepping around an airport because I was 13 minutes late for our flight. (I actually got to the gate 2 minutes before scheduled takeoff, but they said you have to be there 15 minutes before to get on the plane. Bollocks!)

I ended up on standby and being bumped to a later flight 3 times. Every flight was in a different terminal so I had to drag the baggage across the airport each time. My flight was supposed to takeoff at 11:25 am ... and I finally got on a flight that left at 7:30pm.

Landed in Milwaukee and got off the plane about 10:30. Retrieved my checked bag (which did fly out on the original flight) from the special luggage-claims office, got picked up by my folks, decided to get the rental car the next day, grabbed some McDonalds and checked into the hotel close to midnight, totally stressed out and exhausted.

Especially since it was my fault I was late, and my traveling companions were not amused. NOT AT ALL. So I spent the whole day stressed-out and fatigued, schlepping around the airport with two people who were totally pissed at me ... and all I could do was say, "I'm sorry. I'm so, so sorry."

I would have given anything for a boring day yesterday. I read all the complaints and thought, "Man, you think you had it bad!"

For a wedding that wasn't too bad I guess. There were hymns but I just stood up with everyone else and didn't sing. I could see Tom smirking and trying not to laugh out of the corner of my eye. And despite the gravel path I didn't fall off my shoes! Bonus. I'm keeping my outfit on but changing shoes for the reception I think.I intend to get pissed and I do NJOT want to topple off those heels and break an ankle >.<

I spent Friday 13th eating a delicious pepper risotto prepared by a beautiful woman, then writhing in bed with said woman and an equally beautiful man.

Gosh, my life is awesome sometimes.

I'm now going to go polish my latex dress and finish the new batch of brandy truffles (since the last batch turned out to have too much chocolate and thus wasn't suitable as a melt-in-mouth truffle) so that I'm ready for tonight's debauchery. Yay!

I spent Friday the 13th drinking with friends. One guy started playing this song on his iPod and before I realized that it was HIS song I had already told him that it was "Gayer than Air", but he laughed his ass off so it was fine.

Also found out one of my friends might have to stop drinking. Apprently he's been throwing up and caughing blood... for three years. Fucker. I'm really confident he'll be able to quit, though. He's quit much harder shit in the past, and he's really dedicated to being a good dad, so he'll do it for his son if not for himself.

My Friday the 13th was spent being drunk at Numbers. Good times.

Woke up yesterday morning at 7 to Frank banging at my door. He spontaneously decided e wanted to drive to Eindhoven in Holland, to skate Area 51 skatepark and get completely stoned. Promptly, a hilarious road - trip full of hi-jinx and tomfoolery ensued.

What lousy friends. Here they can behold the stunning entity known as Honeythorn in various pleasurable ways and what do they do? Make her dance to Akon...
