Black, White or colored socks?
I know this one sounds silly, a few friends and I were discussing what kind of sock we wear. So I thought I see what the Gnetters wear.
Which do you wear the most?:
Black socks
White socks
Colored socks (yes,the striped ones are acceptable).

I only wear white socks. I hate colored socks, and I refuse to wear black sock because I always end up with black gooey gunk between my toes from black socks. With white socks, I never get nasty gunk.

Generally black. I do have a few pairs of stripped toe socks that I wear from time to time.

Mostly, I wear white socks. I read somewhere that they reduce the risk of athlete's foot. Since, I'm constantly on my feet, wearing shoes, it just seemed practical.
Recently, I just bought some sweeeeet boots, so I wear more knee-highs and thigh-highs of various colors and designs. No socks.

If I'm going out and white socks would just look plain fuxxored in my outfit, I'll go with black socks.
I usually wear tall boots anyway. So white for me

 I wear white socks when they'll be hidden (in tall boots or the like) but black socks when they can be seen so that they match the rest of my ensomble.

I always wear black socks.
It used to be the opposite until a couple of years ago when I just got fed up looking at them and then I threw them all away.

My socks never match. I do my own washing. No one ever sees my socks...so what does it matter if my one sock has Tigger on it and the other one has balck and white stripes?

I wear mostly white socks, for now. The only reason that's the case, though, is because it's all I have. I'd much prefer to wear black.
