Did I mention that I always had a raging hard on for Vampirella?

Oh man the late night memories of us alone together... <blissful sigh>.

Transmetropolitan.
Bone.
100 Bullets.
Books of Magic.
V for Vendetta. (Hope the movie isn't too disappointing...)
Sandman. (Of course.)
Preacher.

That'll do for starters. Discuss!

2000 AD

This is one of the best comics ever !!!.

My favourite 2000 AD characters are:

Judge Dredd

Durham Red

Slaine

Rogue Trooper

Judge Death

I think the artwork and storytelling in some of the stories in this magazine are some of the best I`ve read.

Comics I always adored were either the misunderstoodly ironic Jhonen Vasquez or the lyrical story teller Neil Gaiman. I don't like the mainstream comics, mainly because all of my work they rejected because they don't accept submissions. DC, to be precise. Those bastards.

I used to read a lot of Manga, but for Comics I've only read Johnny the Homicidal Maniac and Sandman. I REALLY love The Sandman comics, and I was wondering if anyone had suggestions for other comics that are more like Sandman, maybe.

For Manga my favorite series right now seems to be The Tarot Cafe. I read a Manga three years ago tited "Mantis Women" and it was awesome.

B'damn, it took some time for someone to mention V for Vendetta... I got nervous

Personally I would have to go with Persepolis like the dork I am...And Palestine, V for Vendetta, Edge the Devilhunter and... M!

I'm no superhero comic or manga enthusiast, but from what I have read: Johnny the Homicidal Maniac, I Feel Sick, Squee, GloomCookie, and Lenore the Cute Little Dead Girl rank at the top of my list. I'm in the midst of expanding my comic library however, and I'll be heading after Sandman soon enough...
