Education

Education is like seriously what got us this far in life well in a certain way but what type of education should we really have?

To be honest, I haven't been terribly disappointed with my education, thus far, and it only gets better, I hear, as I will be starting college this year.
Education is, usually, what you make of it. They give you textbooks, they give you assignments, but ultimately its what you take from everything, and you do that on your own.

Also, shouldn't this have at least a shade of sense?

At least "sound" coherent?

But it doesn't... + he made two threads about it...

It's not hte education that I hated abut my schools.

I learned quite a bit, when I applied myself.

And when I didn't. . .I didn't.

It's all in how you look at things.

Mmmhmm... I see you falling under the title of "unskilled labor" in five years. Street Education is nice and all for stuff that doesn't pay you money.. well... with the exception of drug dealing maybe. Although reading text books and research can always make you so much better at dealing drugs.

education?? Oh god, don't remind me! I have been in 8 school during my whole life: 3 in massachussets, 3 in russia (during 2 years) and 2 in vienna, which is where i am now.
I never had problems with learning, it's the teachers that caused the problems. There are just somethings that they don't need to hear, they don't like it when a student thinks too much about the subject and get really pissed if they are asked questions the answers to which they don't know.
Anyway, I was kicked out of 4 schools and left on my own from 3. The russian schools were the worst. The directresses in both just couldn't stand me and neither could i them. And they couldn't pick on my grades, because those were always good.
Anyway, the school i am going to now is the best so far. They havn't begun to hate me yet, but then again i was here only for a few months.
That's my educatio story.

I have had to learn alot of things on my own due to being stuck in alterantive school. They really don't teach you too much. Some of the public schools I went to sucked big time too. There were too many fights and alot of teachers who really didn't want to deal with us.
