Just saw "Babel"

And it was amazing! Extremely beautiful, if you like movies such as "Lost In Translation" and "Magnolia" you should really see this one.

Even Brad Pitt was good, no I'm not kidding.

Just... Beautiful, the music, the way it was filmed, everything.

It had a great message as well as a good plot.

It really shows how bureaucracy in the states trumps person freedoms and the lives of the everyday person.

Holy shit... this Sternn guy really has a poll shoved up his ass against America.

If I'm ever on the Emerald Isle (which I do plan to visit someday) I'll look you up and buy you a pint. Then I hope you choke on it.

So I take it you haven't watched the film. I didn't write it, direct it, or star in it. Just liked it.

God forbid we point out the plot of the film in a thread that discusses it.

I haven't seen this movie, but bureaucracy is definatly not something reserved for the states!

I agree Vako.

If he posted more stuff in the other forums he might be taken seriously. I for one am not going to reply any longer to any of his posts or replies.

I also think that the govt and business is being put on stage as the "Boggeyman". Why? To divert attention away from the fact that day by day personal responsibility is being taken away. It's no longer your fault if you do something bad. It's societies or govt's or big business's fault.

I'm sorry, if you steal or shoot your wife it's your fault.

Apparently Stern being the troll and american hater he is. Thinks everyhting is the US's fault, and there are no other bad people to point out in the world.

I haven't seen the movie yet, but I did see Lord of war, which I thought was good.

Once again, glad everyone thinks I wrote and directed this film, but the films I have had a hand in were much smaller.

...and the second reply in this thread who blasts my take on this film, who also has YET to even watch it. Glad you two know so much about something you haven't seen.

Also, what the hell does Lord Of War have to do with Babel, the thread on Babel, or anything? Whats next, going to post about much much you like evanenscence and have never heard the Cruxshadows in the thread about the Cruxshadows.

Oh, wait, you just did that as well...
