A turkey casserole. Aside from getting a tad overdone on the edges it wasn't half bad.

Such a coincidence. I just made twelve lovely red velvet with chocolate icing cupcakes that turned out quite well. Say HOORAH for vegan baking.

I believe - and mind you, this is ages ago - that it was a cake that turned out decent, if even a bit hard to chew. Cakemix powder thing for the win. Add water and you are good to go! ^__^

I cannot use mixes for cookies. I can make them perfectly from scratch but for some unknown reason every time I use a mix they turn into mutant cookies, this time it was sugar cookies.

Canned hams topped with pineapple slices. Too bad I didn't have cherries to finish it off.

I baked a box coconut cake this past weekend. With extra coconut.
It's awesome, but WAY too much for two people. *sick face* [Anyone want about 2/3 of a cake?]

I don't bake often, but nice looking at what everyone bakes. Pizza sounds really good.

The last thing I baked was brownies, sadly not the special kind.
I am going to make coconut heaven cupcakes tomorrow, and I'm going to make them in ice cream cones. Thats to share with others, for my snack for work lunches this week I'm making oatmeal cookies.
