I have contact lens now. But mother, wonderful woman that she is, told the optician not to bother giving me the storage fluid and case as I probably had some of my own lying around.
I have a spare bottle of lens fluid. No case, but need somewhere to store my 30day lenses.
But at least I have them now! So, now to get sunglasses and other such eye coverings. Lennon circle-lens ones, in dark red, black, and dark green. Possibly a set of big aviators, not sure. And welding goggles, of course.

I am going forth....to Slimming club >.< I am not clapping. I refuse to clap. It isn't nursery and I will not do it. I will take your books and plan, and I will stand on the scales in all my 17 stone shame, but goddamnit I WILL NOT CLAP.

You have to all clap when people have lost weight, I think they have deluded themselves into thinking this boosts self esteem. It doesn't. It makes people embarrassed and sheepish.

Go somewhere else if they're doing that. Somewhere which respects the basic dignity of its members instead of treating you like seals/ recalcitrant five year olds.

Can't, the nearest one is 2 miles away. I'd never get there in time. This one is five minutes round the corner at my old Primary school.

I'm kind of chilly.

My feets need warming up.

*Is rewatching Sailor Moon eps, the subbed version* Subs rock more than dubs, lolz. You don't have the usual major censorship, or anything with the subs.

Well now my dear girl, what do you enjoy reading? Science fiction? Prose and poetry? :deep breath: Gothic Romance? :eyes open wide:

:whirls around to stack of books, plucking one from the top and puts it in front of her: Let me guess now: Fantasy! :Presents The Raging Quiet to Bella:

I want to crossdress.
I want a custom tailored waistcoat-corset with a masculine cut to disguise what little curve I have, a nice pair of proper trousers, a good shirt with cufflinks, a really nice cravat that I haven't had to borrow from someone, and a good pair of patent shoes. And a tail-coat or at least a suit jacket.
I want to be a pretty boy for a while.

Oh! Oh! I think I'd love the Gothic romance! Then again.... I do like fantasy. My my, this is hard. But I'll read the The Raging Quiet, thank you so much! *gently takes it and reads it*

Ello' my wonderful people of G-net. I've got good news all around today, very good news. I got new steel toe work boots, washed my car and learned a new song on bass. Plus on top of that, I've been trimming down my food a Dr Pepper consumption and its worked well. I've lost 30 pounds of fat in the last three months and gained 10 pounds of muscle from my job. Life is most excellent.

One thing you want to watch- don't get too clingy or be too obvious in your lusting after girls. My housemate is chronically single, and spends large amounts of time being needy at me and bemoaning his singledom. Nothing quite as offputting as that.
Being relaxed works much better.
