Tights
It's getting chillier and I need more tights. What are your favorite stores to buy them at?
I can find basic black and solid colors easy enough locally but am seeming to be having trouble finding 'fun' tights around here. I like opaque tights with patterns knit in versus screen printed on (unless the printing job is seamless).
I also like stripey tights and sweater knit style.

I love Sock Dreams. I keep asking if they'll let me have their little Sock Dreams baby, but they seem to find that weird.
I really want these, and am not even sure why. They might be the least practical piece of clothing ever. But oh, how I love them.
ModCloth always has pretty tights, too.

Those tights with the brown dots on the knees remind me of something I heard about Flappers rolling their stockings down and rouging their knees! Ha!

I wear a lot of barefoot shoes and, thus, a lot of toe socks. I have over-the-knee rainbow toe socks. They're so nice when it's cold.
I also have a pair covered in bananas, with a different monkey face on each toe.

I used to have a cute pair of toe socks. They weren't rainbow, but they were multi-colored with black.

I've been coming across these more and more frequently while toe-sock-hunting. I find them disturbing.
I will have to dig them out and take pics at some point. They're hidden away for safekeeping, because the heels are starting to wear thin and I can't find a replacement part. I'm going to be so sad when they die.

Now I feel the need to go dig out my brightly colored toe socks, even though it isn't quite cold enough for them here (as they are a bit on the thick side).

I got some nice pattern-ish tights from Ross a while ago. They're almost Victorian looking.
