Another Newbie!
Hello!
finally got around to introducing meself!
My names David (Dark13), I'm 41 and i'm an Alco.. oops wrong forum!!! 
I keep Dumbo rats, at the mo we have 11, six boys an five girls, in between
keeping my Our rat Army (my beautiful children soon we will take over the world!!!!!!! Mu Ha ha ha ha!  )in check, i find the time to be at WGW,Gigs and other events and am hoping to be able to get to some of the new events that have sprung up over the last 12 months in the comin year, Dv8, Church of nightbreed,etc and hopefully meeting up with some of your Dark selves!
But fear not!!!! normal service will resume as soon as i log off!!! LOL!

Marshall,Sox,Casper,Shadow,Rolo&Minx,
The Girlies are...
Smudge,Dooleys,Bella,Sookie&Lillie.

And yes we have a mix of names from The Munsters,twilight and True blood for the girls,Although marshall was named after my guitar amp and his brother who is sadly no longer with us was named jackson after one of my guitars!

So, I had to look up Dumbo Rats so I could have an idea of what breed you were talking about.. I nearly died of cuteness... they are horrifyingly cute!!

Welcome to GNET. Darn I wish I had a rat, my mom gave away my albino rat princess (what I was 5) because she fliped out and bit my uncle.

i'm not very fond of rodents. I used to live with a friend who had a hamster that would escape. One time we couldn't find it for days, until one night i felt a tickling sensation while sleeping and guess what it was? the stupid hamster! i freaked out sooo bad. Oh and my boyfriend had two hamsters, one died a couple of months ago, his name was grr, or something like that

Welcome. *shivers* Rats scare the fuck out of me. You seem very enthusiastic in way that's endearing rather than annoying. Is that your actual picture? If it is, you seem to like the romantic/victorian look. Love that look though I only have the patience for it on special occasions.

I have plenty of pet rats. They all live in the subway and eat homeless people.

Ah a common argument, but Dumbo's are fully domesticated and have no connection with ratus ratus, or Brown rat, well only in genetic's, and are the most placid and friendly of all the rat family, hope this helps your argument to get your Mom to let you have some.
