Music Finally, an entire forum devoted to talking about Doktor Avalanche, the drum machine for the Sisters of Mercy. You can talk about other bands, or other members of that band, too, if you want to be UNCOOL.

Electric Guitar

So I'm starting to make more progress in learning guitar, and was wondering if any of you that do play use computer programs. I'm downloading Guitar Pro 5.2 to see what its like, if you have any advice please say. Thanks!

I hear you can use a computer as a full fledged amp with the right program.
Or is that what you are allready talking about?
Are you talking about a teaching program then?

My friend has a phone that teaches you to play guitar and piano.
I'm not sure how well...

I tried a teacher, but it didn't work so I learned on my own with a crappy book and hours of boredom...
