Easy... well... actually... no... challenging.
Sopor Aeternus and the Ensamble of Shadows are a very groovy band. Sopor 'isself... or I should say itself (for he/she is the 5th sex)... is a creative genius.
Asides from the classics like May I Kiss Your Wound, and whatnot, there are a vast number of awesome songs. Like Beautiful Thorn, The Dog Burial, Little Dead Boy, Time Stands Still (my favourite) and on and on.
You may wonder "what does this Sopor-dude look like?" well, I can answer that... http://www.sopor-aeternus.de/frame.html ... there is "his" work. While you're there, you might want to see his "gallerie"...
