I like that new commercial where the baby is talking into his webcam, and says he used his profits to hire a clown, but underestimated the "creepiness factor".

Yeah, you're probably right; we'd be something much more sinister.
You also may want to remember the Joker, the Crow, and the clown from Stephen King's It before making fun of people with unique make-up and clothing, dude.

If she is a young child, I think it is okay if she is scared for attention. One -expects- children to want all of one's attention.
But, I would not so quickly say that she -isn't- scared of them; I've been scared of -anyone- dressed up like a colorful, fictional character all my life, even though I love the idea of said things.
