Next gig...

What's the next gig you're off to?

I'm popping my gig cherry with:

22/9/08 - Nile, Belphegor, Grave, Omnium Gatherum at the Wulfrun Hall

Should be pretty good.

I would give one of my testicles to go to that concert. I love Nile - they just never come around here.

As far as the next show I'm off to see...probably Killmory.

Well, nothing on the agenda for a while, but I'm determined to see Dream Theater on the tour for their next album or at Progressive Nation '09. Money is very tight.

Just came back from a concert. Mainly ska and reggae.
I'm gonna be hurtin' tomorrow, but in a good way.

I recently saw Opeth, loved them. The venue however seems to make a big difference, opeth played skillfully, they were awesome, but the venue didn't do them justice, I hate that.

Recently saw Harmonia, which was just weird, but very fun.

Not counting the classical concerts I will attend, my next (as far as I know now) concert will be Emilie Autumn on 24.10.

Whaat?! You had to post that just underneath my self-indulgent expression of misery! Opeth! I'm so jealous now. :P

I'll be performing in my own gig: A harp performance to combat sectarianism. I think more dates are being scheduled soon.

Mostly local hardcore bands.

I think I might be seeing Stiff Little Fingers.

And I'm on the guest list for The Damned in December.
Again.

Also a bunch of local gigs.

Probably Dir en grey, unless a different band I like decides to suddenly make plans for a tour that includes my area before then. *shrugs*

I'm DJ-ing between bands at the Bizzare Music Festival in Melbourne. They'll mostly be 'goth/metal/alternative' tripe which I'd happily blast Alien Sex Fiend over the sound of, but I'm looking forward to Ikon.

I'm going to Big Spring Jam in Huntsville, AL the 26th. Anyone that wants to meet me there feel free. No good bands are going to be there, but it's something. Styx is headlining, though I have no interest in them.
