You need a Photo Editor.
Something you can adjust file sizes with like Photoshop or even Microsoft Photo Editor.
Many people also use
www.img.photobucket.com to host their photos so you don't have to upload them to the server here, you can just use the image link that Photobucket provides under each picture you upload to it.
However if the pictures are HUGE be sure to shrink them with a Photo Editor before you upload and link them to Photobucket.
500x500 Pixels is a decent size for photos you are going to want to Post.
Next time Private Message a mod if you have a question of this nature, please.
