Glad to hear you got your money back. Seriously, this kind of crap is a fucking headache.

Completely agree though I do regret that I won't recieve my purchase but it was simply too ridiculous to put up with anymore so a refund was the better option.

Weirdest thing happened today a delivery guy came with my package from witches moon.

Will cost me 25.37 to get it though and I don't have that much on me, kinda broke til friday.

But that's besides the point, I didn't "pay" for this order, I mean I got my money back so should I really get my order or just let them send it back?

It sounds like they have no idea of what is going on with their products. Give them a call and let them know that your package arrived but that you did not pick it up. They may tell you to keep it if it is something that the couldn't easily resell in hopes that you will be more likely to use them again in the future (or simply not recommend that everyone you know avoids them).

Out of curiosity why will it cost you anything to get the package? I mean I know that their are shipping options where the recipient pays instead of the sender but businesses don't really do that.

I'd hope you'd get it, too. I freaking hate that the only real way to get cool stuff that you can't find anywhere else is to get it from the internet. I don't have a credit card. I can't order stuff--but I'd almost be too scared to. And what happened to mail-order catalogues? At least then you coud send a check, and void it if need be. But I'm sure most of you have more experience than I do on such matters--I'm still trying to find a job, and there ARE NONE in Lexington. That's how it seems, anyway.
You know, Amazon seems reliable. If I could get something through them for the same price, instead of a random internet shop, I would.

Amazon is essentially a collection of random internet shops

When I asked the post office why the hell I'd have to pay if I payed 60 dollars for shipping I was told it was probably charged at customs

That should have been included in the shipping charges.

Its standard for customs to charge you when you get the package, I have no idea why. A friend of mine ordered a laptop for cheap online but had to pay 200 dollars when it got here, ouch.

You've already received a full refund from the seller, so you don't want the package. The easiest way to solve this (especially considering what you've been through), is just tell the Post Office you refuse to pay for the package and they'll take it upon themselves to send it back to the seller. If they insist on collecting the customs payment, tell them you've had the entire purchase price refunded and the order was canceled ... it was never supposed to be shipped to you.

Well I went back to leaving a message at witches moon, the package can stay at the post office for 15 days, so on the 10th if I dont have a reply I'm going to go ahead and pay for it and take my order I think.

If after that they want it back then fine, but it'll be used by that point.

You'll be paying return shipping if you do elect to send it back. I wouldn't. I would never touch that package with my hands. If you do take it, you should pay witches moon back. But, as I said, I wouldn't. Just refuse the package ... happens all the time in retail.

Well the message from witches moon was that I could keep the order as an apology and they hope we can do buisness again in the future.

I dont think I will, but freeish stuff is freeish stuff right.

Can't say I'm overly happy about the order, things online in the photo never look the same in real life >.<

So they gave you your order for free and it's still not good enough for you?

Well, she'd have to pay the customs fee on it, which I believe she is considering now that they've said she should keep the order (they don't want to have to pay to get it back, either). So it's not free and she didn't say it's not good enough for her.

That's just you and your usual sour-puss interpretation of events.

I never assumed you could read them.

I assumed you were a cartoon character.
