This tofu is not tofu.
I'm eating annindoufu again, and I just remembered that I told someone or other on this board to go try it as a healthy alternative to pudding. Tragically, it turns out that this particular type of tofu is unusual for tofu, in as much as it is not tofu in anything other than name. And it's only marginally healthier than pudding. In case that person, whoever they were, still cares.
