Dreadfully bored...as I sit here in front of my computer screen at 1:16am. Its ghostly dead quiet in my house at this time, as I am the only family member to be awake! I can't sleep so I continue to sit here and think of what I could possibly do to direct myself to a state of tiredness.

hi rose, long time no see.
i need sleep too just finished a 13 hour shift, with no break.
bumped my head 4 freaking times.
i hate being tall, all th shelves are at head hight.

hi mortalitas, 13 hours? I can just managed 8 hours straight without a break. I love the feeling of finishing work for the day/night because usually you can just go home and relax. I hope your poor head isn't too bruised up or anything.

But I have a "randomness" question: How long should I marinate this steak I have for? I'm going to marinate it in A1 (unless someone tells me that's a bad idea?), but I need to know how many hours to make it really TENDER. You guys are all diverse and knowledgable... hook me up with some good steak recipes, it's for my boyfriend!

Okay, so I won't marinade it in A1. It *is* a Porterhouse steak... and I don't think it came in contact with the liver (there's no liver in the package, I don't think...), so that means I shouldn't marinade it at all? Thank you for all of the information!
