a Something by SCC

A stream of thoughts I sung along to as I wrote them, not poetry or song or prose. Just thoughts.

Untitled Something

Navy blue
shooting through
the sand on the shor-or-or-or-or-or-ore
and Don't tell me
what I see
when my selves are at w-ar-ar-ar-ar

It's so ea-ea-easy, to pretend you're
pecu- liar
When you're just, confused,
and-oh-so-
re-e-egular

I'm drowning in life
but that's okay
'cause no-one-can-swim- -at-all

Ha-zy, Ha-zy, the sunlight
don't pha-ase me
Ha-zy, Ha-zy, Navy blue
don't phase me either

'Cause you can't have a twinklin' ocean-

- - -

'less you got the sun and the blues

Wow. This is the worst poem I have EVER read! I thought you'd actually be able to string words together; I guess most people who are hypercritical can't spell.

SCC, that was actually pretty good.

I think it'd make a pretty decent jingle.

There's definitely something I like about SCC's writing, even if it's something that doesn't particularly grab me.

Reminds me of an Incubus song. Me likes.
