I was a rediculous show off in Lit today...we were talking about haikus and everyone wrote haikus and went to the front of the class and read them out loud. You weren't required to explain them or anything, just read them and....dun dun duuuun...I wrote mine in Japanese, because I can, and because I wouldn't have to explain myself...Everyone thinks I'm strange enough for correcting the professor when he misspelled onomatopoeia...guess there's no doubt now, ne?

Mr E Nigma, I'm sorry you went through that. 4:20 a.m.? What the ...?

Anyway, most important thing is ... GO TO THE ER!

E_P_S and E_E are right.

He is too big to argue with man..

Trust me.

Its not going to hurt anything to get checked out, and it's not worth taking the chance on something being seriously wrong.

Please go get looked at.

Um, you did that? Part of me thinks that this is sooooo cooool! And part of me thinks, "Okay, hope you weren't planning on developing any meaningful relationships in that class."

But if you did it because you can and you just don't care what anyone else there thinks, then I'm all for it! Kickass!!!

hehe, yes, I did do that...I honestly couldn't care less about the people in my Lit class, the thing about going to a community college is that you know a ton of the people there...75% of my Lit class is made up of people that I'd hoped to never have to encounter again in my life, for various reasons. I used to care what these people think, but I've gotten to the point where it doesn't matter. And, hey, the teacher got a laugh out of it, and I was amused so I consider it 15 minutes of my life well spent

I ought to clean my fish tank, everything's getting a bit green and slimy...I think my fishy likes it though..."Weee, algae, no more rough rocks, all hail the slime!" That could just be not wanting to clean it though...

That's only if they're algae eaters...bettas eat bugs and worms and such in the wild, they be carnivorous little pretties. An algae eater would be in heaven around here, I'm so lazy when it comes to tank cleaning...as long as there isn't an excessive buildup of nitrates or anything funky in the water, cleaning isn't necessary, it just looks nicer...the problem is I know that...so it makes me put off cleaning for even longer

Algae eaters are kinda gross looking. I mean, they just go around sucking the glass, eating what is filth to the other fishies.....

I'm distracting my roommate from working on her essay by doing my impression of Pilate from The Life Of Brian. For some reason, she can't concentrate when I'm whispering in her ear: "Do you find it....wesible....when I say the name....Biggus....Dickus?"

It's good to be the king... wait, this isn't that thread!

In other news, i'm kinda bummed that I chose this avatar for this stage... there was kind of a better one, and when this one goes at post 500 I'll have to move on to one of the other ones.... damnit.

Biggus Dickus! ... I love that! Ha ha ha!

Some people in India warned pregnant women to remain indoors during the recent solar eclipse, or risk blindness or cleft palate injuries to their unborn children.

Superstitions eclipse reason

These are the people we export our customer service industry to?

I have a 100% cotton shirt I bought in Tenerife. I'm not able to return/exchange it for obvious reasons. It has a little hole where the price tag was attached on one of those nylon strings.

I don't want to wear or wash the shirt until I take care of that because I'm afraid that the hole will begin to get bigger. I can sew a hem or put a patch on a hole, but I'm not up to repairing this.

Anyone know a good place to find a taylor/seamstress in Houston that I can get to sew this so it won't look to me like it's been mended?

Sobeh, if you haven't learned anything else from me, surely you've learned that you can change your avatar at any time! Heck, tamagotchi's go through different faces even at the same age.

Speaking of which .... ummmmm ... I believe I feel a new avatar coming on right now!

So, I've been up now for ohhh... about 31 hours, because I had to write that paper I told you guys about last night. Well, turns out it wasn't even due today.

Rather than being pissed though, I am relieved. Because with a little work, it could actually be a good paper (grade wise).

I wouldn't mind doing that myself, but I think this one needs a bit of work.

Too bad. Being a $600 english class, it'd be nice to show her I do actually care what grade I make.

Why you shouldn't order steak at one of those highway truckstop burger joints.

Dwayne's Restaurant Adventure

Story related by a well respected TV news anchor on a morning radio show, recounting his first job at a fast food restaurant. Funny stuff!

Don't forget ... "You should try our spaghetti!"

So, EPS, what happened with the pup? Enquiring minds want to know!

My bit of randomness: the other day, my husband and I were watching some home-improvement show on HGTV. The plumbing expert was talking about needed repairs to the existing throne: "As you can see, there's a lot of movement in this toilet."

In a moment of perfect marital synchronicity we chorused, "Why didn't they flush it?"

I love it when when we think alike, even if it's wicked immature.

I'm here. And it's funny because I'm eating pizza. It's Capricosa (sp?). Want some?

The rest of the month is only two days. Unless you mean next month? If that's the case then, yeah, I'd probably go without the pizza...
