Maddening Disdain - Arsis
Now this is Progressive Death Metal. Constantly changing like Progressive Metal but fast and powerful like almost any Death Metal band.

Poison -- Talk Dirty to Me

I don't care what anyone says. Poison is glam metal, not general rock.

Can anyone reccomend more bands like Poison to me?

Sunn - Mocking Solemnity
Sunn has a very inacessible sound, but anyone that might find a sounds of nature album from HELL interesting might really enjoy them.

For magz: I don't know much about glam metal, but Whitesnake or the Scorpions are always a good choice.

Oh they are, they give new meaning to the term 'Extreme Metal'. It consists of only two members the guitarist/vocalist(death grunts ofcourse) and a drummer. Here's a link to their download page http://www.worshipdepraved.com/sounds.cfm
I don't know any band that rivals them in terms of speed and are only rivalled by maybe Megadeth in techicallity(at such speeds that is).

Cool,

Have you heard of `Death` (The band that not only defined the Genre, but pushed it`s boundaries), because they were amazing...

For more info...

Man, Arsis is great. If you want the most brutal death metal ever crafted, though, I'd suggest the following bands(You've probably heard all of them): Nile, Cryptopsy, Morbid Angel, Arcturus, Necrophagist, Carpathian Forest, Cephalic Carnage, Dark Tranquility, Enslaved, Decapitated, Autopsy, Dissection, and Graveland

Hail Satin! and long live lace and velvet!

I have not heard all those bands only a few of them(Morbid Angel and Dark Tranquility), I'm going to copy this list.

I Like Dirt - The Thunderlords

I like dirt, I like dirt. Just like the earthworms, they like it through and through, they play with dirt, everyday, because of them it's the only way.

Okay, but I emphasize Cryptopsy and Nile. They're both like nothing you will hear. They're unforgivingly brutal, and each have their very distinct style. Cryptopsy... isn't such a melodic band, but they're still teh awesomeness.

Ooo unforgivingly brutal, sounds nice. I'll look into them, the only way I know how... Limewire.

Demi's back!

Ooo Fear Factory, I've only heard one song. It goes something like:
We are the new breed, we are the new breed, New Breed! budum budum New Breed! budum budum New Breed! budum budum New Breed!!
Can you guess what song it is?

I be listening to "Dry" - Mira.
You've gotta love shoegazer... I'm in a trance...
