The Legend Of Zelda: Parallel Worlds
Anyone ever played this?
You'd need an emulator for it, but the game itself, as a fan made game is quite good, if a bit confusing and hard at first.
If you haven't played it, you should give it a try.

It's VERY VERY hard to play though. A bit too hard if you ask me.

I think I'm going to play this, as I loved Link to the Past. Just looked up some screenshots, and they look delicious.
Hopefully I'll be able to remember most of the stuff from the original game to help me out.
Thanks for sharing, Kontan!

Got it up and running, it seems pretty awesome from the 10 minutes I played of it before I died. I didn't have a sword or any weapons and got cornered by the beastie with the tails that runs in circles...where are all the heart containers?! Anyway, I'm still very excited. You rock, Kontan.

Well, since you need an emulator to play it, that means it's on the PC.

Yeah, you have to pretty much own a physical copy of the game Link to the past and then have a rom of the game that you can patch over to Parallel Worlds.
Anyone else notice it likes to freeze up every now and then when speech appears?

You don't need a physical copy.

Yeah its just some people might not get it if they don't emulate. Out of interest is it actually legal to own roms if I have the hard copy?
