My knuckles, palms, fingers and the rest of my hands have about 50+ cuts on them from my exacto knife and a few blisters from my sticks. It hurts like hell to play drums.

How did you manage to do that to your hands?

Just mucking around with it. It cuts like a bitch haha. I'm amazed at how many times I've managed to cut myself without noticing while cutting out stuff for shirts/patches.
I've got a rather big scratch on the back of my hand too, I can see it's gonna scar.

I'm watching the Daily Show Global Edition. I'm not sure if it's different than the one you guys get, other than ours is a week late.
In this section he has a guest in the show, and before bringing the guest he put a short scene of a movie the guest is in. It's this scene with Alec Baldwin and Cameron Diaz. And then he introduces Cameron Diaz as the guest.
I'm pretty sure more than half of the people watching it thought the same thing as I did: "Oh... I thought it was gonna be Alec Baldwin..." and then lost interest in the show.

In the US Daily Show, it's Jon going over the main headlines and then he goes to one of his correspondents and then he has his guest. Usually, this guest is announced beforehand in the commercial and the end of the prior broadcast. I also remember when Craig Kilborn was the first host and would dance for no reason at times and give you 5 Questions to answer.
Do you guys get Your Moment of Zen too?
As for me, Logo needs to hurry up with Rupaul's Drag Race season 2 and I need to stop missing Beautiful People based on Simon Doonan's memoirs.

My life? I'm off to college in August.
But right now, I'm planning a trip to Florida to see my lady love.

I've applied for JSA, as I have been a good girl and paid my taxes and NICS all the time I was employed. So now that I'm not, I would like to see some of that NICS back.
After all, I shouldn't be on it for too long. I'm actively seeking work and I have enough range of office skills that I should be able to work damn near anywhere.

I'm hoping that my flight home from Canada isn't the same day as the Breeders play there. I'm already gonna miss the Pixies, and it'd really suck if I missed the Breeders, too.
It seems the world just doesn't want me to see Kim Deal.

Y'know, between the horrific day I've had today at work and my topic (deservedly) crashing and burning like every plane disaster rolled into one, I thought nothing would go right at all.
Until I found this.

I'm trying to work out whether I can learn to work from home, diligently and efficiently and brush up on whatever's needed for a £1,800+commission/month part time job, or whether it would cripple me because at home I relax and get distracted.
I mean, £1,800/month is nearly twice what I earned in my last job. But I'm not convinced I have the skills for this. But it's so tempting. I could move into London, go out, see my friends, and actually start to help out those who may need a bit of cash toward rent or food or whatever. But I don't know if I have the adequate skills.

Ah, nevermind. Had a quick look through the rather longer document with the rest of the information. It's asking for my account details, and it's only the first contact.
Fraaaauuuud.
Should go find out where to report this to, I suppose, so they can't take advantage someone a bit more eager and a bit less suspicious.

It was my birthday today and I was really worried no one would turn up to my "party". I had 5 people tell me they couldn't come. There were only 5 people there. 'Twas lame.
