Anyone else thinks that looks pretty damned awesome?

While I am not by any means a fan of the whole Harry Potter franchise, the films are entertaining enough and, as cliche as it may sound, I retain an affection for the conflicted character of Severus Snape. It is interesting to see how each installment seems to get increasingly darker, both thematically and stylistically. I will have to view The Order of the Phoenix, which I have not yet seen, prior to going to see this one, however.

I just saw the trailer earlier, and I was going to post a topic here. Looks like someone beat me...
The trailer was just mindblowingly epic. The main theme seems to get darker with each movie. It's amazing how the sea cave looks exactly the way I imagine it in the book.

This looks entertaining.
But I heard they are making the seventh book into 2 movies to include everything in the book....

I love HP, but the movies are rather disappointing, in my opinion. That doesn't stop me from watching each one 5000 times, though.
Half-Blood Prince is my favorite book of the series, so I really, really hope they don't fuck this movie up too badly. It sounds like they will, though, what with cutting out Fleur Delacour and adding an unneeded Death Eater scene at the Burrow.
My prediction is that my opinion of movie six will be the same as movie five: Great special effects, but very bad adherence to the original story.

Thanks for the link, I remember hearing they posted a trailer but kept forgetting to go look for it. YouTube is conveniant for stuff like this... unless of course it's removed for violating ToS, lol. *goes to look for the official site*

I'm very much looking forward to the 6th movie. I finally get to see the shit they call an actor that plays Dumbledore get his arse handed to him. The 1st guy was loads better and he got replaced with a pile of shit. The last movie will be loads more enjoyable without that crappy actor attempting to be Dumbledore.

I'm a big fan of HP.
With the films I've found that the films are deivating from the books more and more. I suppose it's because the books are getting thicker so they have more information to put into roughly the same timeslot.
But I'm still excited about seeing it.

I may watch it. I have read the book and found it quite intriguing.
