Which band do you hate?

Lady Gaga has annoyed me since the first moment i heard her,other than her i really can not think of anyone else but i am at a point in my life where i am no longer willing to put so much energy into hating something or someone so that could explain why i can not think of anyone.

I don't hate rap per say; however, it annoys me when some jackass has his bass turned all the way up in his car with the volume so high I can hear it before he even passes over the horizon. Then again I can't really hear the music, just the metallic sound of his car vibrating.

If you understood German, you'd get it. They're the lyrical equivalent of what would happen if Kiss took the Bob Saget route with lyrics and tried to be, "vulgar". Some songs are hysterical as a result, most are rather stupid.

Cradle of Filth never did it for me, but they don't exactly piss me off.

Firstly, every instrumentalist to ever have been in Cradle of Filth, without fail, has been very skilled. Their drummers are positively beasts. Secondly, Dani is a half decent lyricist. Half Decent, mind you.
As for Bodom, their guitarists are not bad at all.

A few points to this.
1) I don't think you could have gone on another five minutes, if that. You're just trying to seem more selective and elitist than your tastes warrant.
2) Hating Slipknot is trendier than actually liking them. They make decent to good mainstream metal and manage to make 9 musicians playing at once NOT sound like pack of cymbals in a garbage disposal.
3) In spite of having one of the worst vocalists of any popular modern band, MCR has a rather talented guitarist.

I'm not going to even bother commenting on how the first two bands you mention are more trendy to hate than like and skip directly to the main issue. Let me make a definitive statement that no sane person who has EVER played a rock instrument would argue. The members of Led Zepplin, collectively, are more talented than 90% of your favorite bands. Unless your music taste is positively epic, I'm certain this is true. Ignoring the guitarists, both of whom are legendary, I'll tell you from personal experience as a drummer that John Bonham's drum beats are FAR harder to do than someone like Joey Jordison's. The subtle ghost notes and light swings he throws in to give such an unique rhythm to everything is nothing less than a percussive art form.

Soulja Boy isn't unique enough to be targeted out for hatred.
Also, Dream Theatre are regarded as one of the better modern metal bands by most people and try, rather often from what I've heard, to incorporate different musical ideas into the otherwise bland vichyssoise that is popular metal.

Now as for all the points you make in general, I somewhat agree.
Most if not all of the bands mentioned so far are actually if not more then decent when it comes to playing the music with skill.
There is a difference however between having skills on instruments and sounding good to enough people to survive.
Now I would never ever argue with you that Cradle of Filth and Children of Bodom have skilled musicians.
I can't say for sure what I think about Cradle of Filth as they are somewhat different than I remembered. (I just listened to some of their stuff for the sake of argument, and I am not so sure what I think of them now.)

But Children of Bodom in particular are skilled on their instruments, but their vocalist destroys it all by sounding like he's puking while having a pair of lungs filled with water rather than signing.
Not to say it does not require some sort of skill to be able to sound that way, I just still reserve the right to say that I absolutely loathe it.
The one band which I hate above all others though are KoRn.
I am not sure about their new stuff, but the songs I remember having heard by them all start out somewhat like "My dick is bigger than yours!" and stuff like that. I could not take that serious.

No. I never said I liked Led Zeppelin, did I? I don't enjoy listening to them, and hardly ever do. What I said was that they are talented in response to you saying they, "suck". You don't have to like a band, but you have to give them due credit. Zeppelin are absurdly talented, even if you don't like their music.

I don't like Van Gough's paintings, but I happily admit and respect his talent.
