She thinks that black people generally lack intelligence and common sense (because her friends are the except to this). That's prejudice based on race. Guess what that means.

If she was racist she would not deny it.
If she was a racist she would not have friends who are black would she?
Is there some special selective racist who choose to like some and hate other from the same race?

Her dislike, to me, seemed to be based on personal experience with the people she's interacted with rather than ignorant xenophobia, or because her friends and family are racist (another reason people choose to be racist). It sounds to me like she's basing her dislike on how they present themselves to other people and their overall demeanor, not their ethnicity. The way she phrased it, however, most certainly invited ridicule in this particular forum, added to the fact she was already disliked by a lot of the people here already.

First of all just wanna say THANK YOU OPHELIA, for having an infraction sent to me that was great.

Second of all, I was curious as to what a black person would think about all this due to the fact that I don't think there are indeed black people on here. So I explained my situation to a few of them online and told them what I told you guys...(the whole thing that everyone got so offended by) and here are some of my answers that I got back....

"I'm black and I don't like most black people for the EXACT reason you stated, they think that they are gangsta with their pants hangin off their butt (though they have a belt on) and wearing shirts that are 4x their own size. It's not racist, you just have a preference of people to hang around and those people happen not to be "gangsta". I have plenty of NORMAL black friends, you know, people with REAL goals (not just to be a rapper, pimp or the next Pablo Escobar or Scarface) and who speak like they have respect and proper education. Does that make me racist against my own kind? I think not. You are not racist my friend, not racist at all. As for Asians, I only have on Asian friend, and I call him Weng (cuz that's his last name) so I can't speak on them cuz I only know one."

That's how I interpreted her post anyways. The phrasing was terrible, and it's understandable how people would get offended, but I seriously doubt she's the racist many people have been accusing her of being.

She said that most black people act that way. That is discrimination based on race.

She also said that it was because most people she knows are people she doesn't like. That's no excuse for such a massive generalisation and doesn't stop it being racist.

When she said she didn't get along with most black people, I'm willing to bet she was referring to the ones where she lives, and not the entire race of people.
