So today I got fired. My boss wouldn't tell me why, living in a right to hire/right to fire state sucks. They can fire you for any or no reason at all.

So what I'm thinking about doing now is using my last check (which will only be a meager 60-70 dollars because I only have ten hours on the clock) and buying some wholesale horror t-shirts and setting up shop on ebay. I'm honestly just tired of the 9 to 5 bullshit jobs. I wish I had finished high school.

Hope the T-Shirt thing is something you can make money at. I've seen a lot of shirts available on the inernet, but it's all about demand. The right product at the right price, or the right product in front of the right audience, and you're set.

My step-dad just told me my little sister is getting an iPhone. It bugs me because she just replaced her phone not even 2 weeks ago and now she's gettin a new one, not to mention she spends money like she has an unlimited supply of it.

I would really like to know why some people feel the need to criticize others upon first meeting them, making unverifiable claims, without knowing a **** thing about them. I don't understand why anyone would want to do that.

Maybe it's a product of social conditioning. Maybe I'm just disillusioned. Maybe I lost my mind (or ego) somewhere along the way, and this is the way a normal person behaves. I certainly hope not

But regardless of the reason: I just don't get it.

Rant done... I feel better now.

I feel exhausted this morning, despite a good 6 or 7 hrs. sleep. Ironically, when I only get 3 or 4 hours sleep, I feel much more rested and awake the next morning.

So weird; maybe I need to start staying up until 2 AM, and THEN going to bed. *sigh*

Thanks. Considering I am starting a job soon, being sick is not going to help me.

And maybe you are one of those people who if they sleep beyond 6 hours your body thinks it's over sleeping and then you feel really tired.

Hmm, that could be; my husband swears it's because I take naps after work, but I don't really think that's it.

I may experiment, and stay up, and see how it goes.

On the other hand, coffee seems to help a LOT with the waking up process.

So I just came back to Colorado not very long ago, and was looking forward to going to The Church (it's an awesome dance club in an old gothic cathedral) on Sunday nights, which has long been my favorite venue out here. They used to host the ONLY 18+ Goth night in Denver (though I may be mistaken, I don't think so). Come to find out that at some point, no idea when, they changed the fucking rules so that you have to be over 21, which I'm not. So simply because I'm not of the legal drinking age (and have no desire to drink for that matter) I'm being denied access to my one haven of sanity in this fucked up town.

This is bullshit.
