OMG!!!! i cnt freakn take another minute! at this point i hate my life and me! i cnt exactly put my tounge on it whatever it is its driving me freakn CRAZY!!!!!!!!! i know that so retarded but im always freakn depressed im always screaming at people for know reason i want to kill everyone including me, and i cnt take it nymore!!!!! sooner or later im going to slit my throat open!!!>_<.....................if nyone knows what im going through n can tell me how to get through it without theropy just....idk im really new to this so if u can msg me please do.

Seriously, if you are that depressed, then you seriously should consider seeing a counselor or a psychiatrist. If you're just doing this to get attention or the 'I-hate-my-parents-and-no-one-understands-me' crap, just quit now because it's not worth it.

the problem is i really don't know whats making me so angry and depressed all the time and iv already been counselor and nothing changed they even put me on meds before

Believe me if you put a knife to your throat you would think about your life first and probably realise what was wrong. I sorta went through teh same thing as you, where life just seems to suck and you regret everything. you get over a lot of it eventually, but it probably wont wear off entirely.

believe it or not this is one thing i did to keep myself off bad thoughts, speak/type/write using bigger words. Sounds stupid but it actually works (or atleast it does for me). for instance instead of saying something like 'acting crazy' i say 'random acts of absurdity'. I'd say it's worth a try at your point.

oh wait, i also sometimes listen to heavy metal to relieve anger.
