And it takes place in a police state where the only secure communication is via runner. Pretty cool.
It's a very original idea to do free running like that, but it's not a franchise like Modern Warfare 6, Halo 9, Mass Effect 5, or whatever the fuck, so it bombed because people were either afraid to try it, didn't know it existed, or some combination thereof.

I remember Zero Punctuation's review saying the game mechanics weren't solid, but he felt it was fun and original enough to be worth it. I saw it in the store for dirt cheap recently and thought about picking it up.

From what I've seen of it, it gets a bit repetitive. It's sort of an over glorified obstacle course game in my mind, and parkour is the sort of thing I'd rather do in real life than in a game.
