You know... Evanescense (or however it's spelled). That band with that song that goes "Wake me up! Wake me up insiiiiide. Can't wake up!" et cetera, et cetera. The one where everyone on bus asked me if I liked Evanescense for week and weeks on end and when I said no, they said "But you're goth! You have to!"?

I see what you mean. At one point I was all into pop music --don't ask me why, I don't know-- and they were playing it relentlessly. But then again, all that station does is play a loop of the same 8 songs.

Hmm..
His parents ban real music from the house. He hasnet even heard of Evanecsence and he sounds like a prepubescent little boy, but yet he thinks he can start a hard rock or death metal band. Here's a hint.. If you don't even know what kind of music you want to play you don't stand a chance. Give yourself 5 or 10 years. Grow up.. find a sound.. write your own music, and maybe then you might have what it takes to start.
