My posts keep saying 601. According to my counts, it should be at around 608 after this one. :S
Weird.

I hear the sons of the city and the dispossessed
Get down, get undressed...
How so?

Get pretty, but you and me...
We got the kingdom, we got the key
I look like a Japanese vampire barrister today.

We got the empire, now as then,
We don't doubt, we don't take direction
That sounds neat. All in grey and red?

Lucretia, My reflection, dance the ghost with me...
(one of my favourite songs- that and Ribbons)
White blouse, red lace jabot (I knew I could make one!), black velvet waistcoat, and my EGL double breasted coat with the white buttons, bell sleeves and ridiculously wide bat-wing collar. My silver bat's acting as a pin at the top of the jabot.
Sounds ridiculous, but all put together it makes that kind of overly formal half Victorian/ half 17th Century kind of glamour that the nice EGA Japanese boys wear.

We look hard
We look through
Doesn't sound ridiculous, it sounds rather interesting. Now go out and do your moral duty and sue some preps or other beings that have no appreciation for peace and quiet.

We look hard to see for real
Psh, nah- gave up law last year and transferred to politics, as I needed to pass all my modules in it but only passed the stuff that interested me enough to work its way into my memory.
Whoops, there goes contract law *shudder*. Vile thing. Criminal law, on the other hand, did well. Criminal law was a lovely and fascinating subject.

Such things I hear, they don't make sense
I don't see much evidence
Criminality in itself is a fascinating subject, which is weird in itself. Maybe it's what's deviant that attracts.

I don't feel, I don't feel... I don't feel.
Quite possibly, as I'm fascinated by deviations whether pleasant or otherwise. I love abnormalities, strange exceptions and the like.

A long hard reign held up by rage
This is true, this is true.
Just found that resurrected thread in Fashion- damn lucky bastard owning a genuine SS uniform- I may not agree with the ideals, but they were beautiful outfits. It was a wise move to make sure that the soldiers always looked smart, professional and intimidating- gave them a distinct psychological advantage... I do need more proper military stuff, I have none.
