My friend's mom made me watch that. It's so stupid, the guy is a jerk to the girl, and she falls "uncondtionally in love" with him. Rubbish. Now, I liked the Anne Rice books I've read. I thought Interview with the Vampire was good. But I didn't really like the Queen of the Damned movie. Most of it was actually taken from The Vampire Lestat, and it was just kind of dumb. Plus I think Tom Cruise made a much better Lestat than the actor in Queen of the Damned.

This news makes me want to stab a puppy. Because of TWILIGHT, every middle school girl is now obsessed with this false image of vampires. Not they appreciate horror or classic vampire movies...Most of them are too cowardly to watch a real vampire movie, to which I say, "Then you don't really like vampires."

TWILIGHT sucks. The South Park episode summed it up perfectly with the false goth kids who worship it, and the real goth kids who roll their eyes at it.

My friend literally forced me to watch Twilight by dragging me to the theater and threatening to tear the pages out of my favorite copy of Mermaid Saga. To make it bearable, I complained throughout the whole movie and made fun of Edward's face when he looks at Bella.

Yeah man, she's not worked up. She's just too damn bored to keep chasing the white rabbit so she enjoys making fun of the retarded people we find in this "wonderland".

And Rozz.... to go farther up. Ruining the idea of what vampires are etc... I mean I'm not fan of the movie either and the books are published fanfics at best, but really man, sorry to burst your bubble, vampires aren't real. And as fictional characters any way someone wants to tweak them as how they view them, doesn't make them any less right about the fictional creature, because there's no right or wrong when it comes to made up shit. So long as it makes sense and if, in her horribly fanfictionized world, Meyer likes to think of vampires as having ice cold stone skin which as a result glitteringly reflects the sunlight like an iceberg or snow would (though she did give them a slight added bit of glisten) then who are you to say her idea of what a vampire is is wrong. There are multiple variations that differ from the original thought of what a vampire was and you only hate hers 'cause it seems more like a pussied watered down version. It's still her view of it, she's not forcing you to view vampires that way. All your do is criticizing someone for having an imagination. Way to be unlike Barney Stinson, and quite not awesome.
