300. My friend claimed I was laughing/chuckling throughout most of the movie, I don't remember. And that wolf at the begining was awesome! It's what a werewolf should look like instead of that thing they had in Harry Potter.

28 Weeks Later. It wasn't nearly as good as the movie it was sequel to, but from a non-zombie-film standpoint it was awesome.

Nosferatu - hauntingly superb, and at times hilarious, and the original House on Haunted Hill - excellent (and also hilarious). Vincent Price really was the Bela Lugosi of his day.

I agree.
But I watched a few parts in Letters from Iwo Jima. (Parents were watching it behind me, and I turned around occasionally. xD) Other than that, Pan's Labyrinth for the second time. I love that movie.

Casino Royale on DVD, just to watch Daniel Craig. I was trying to be sophisticated and not actually drool, so I kept annoying my hubby by saying things like "She's going to be dead when he comes back." I finally had to tell him that nobody watches a Bond movie for the suspense, bwahahaha.

Last movie... Shrek III.
My friends made me go.
They laughed.
I almost fell asleep the whole time.
Waste of $8.00 and a good chunk of my time.

Hannibal Rising. I've been watching it over and over again. Gaspard Ulliel is hot as Hannibal.

Blackhawk Down.
For some reason, I love the soundtrack to this movie.

I LOVE THAT MOVIE... but Gaspard looks just like one of my Ex's... so I can't find him attractive. Instead I keep thinking "I hope I didn't piss off Scott that much". :-P

I also liked that movie. A recreation of the American soldiers and the experience in Mogadishu, Somalia. The soundtrack music also intrigued me. It seemed a hybrid of middle-eastern and western music. Neat movie, and one I will be adding to my collection.

If I had a movie collection, it'd be in it.
I just watched Master and Commander: The Far Side of the World

Master and Commander, another great movie. If you like that kind of movie, I would also recommend K19: Widowmaker.

I just watched Full Metal Jacket. Due to one of my hobbies, I know a lot of people that love war movies and I end up watching with them quite a bit. I like it for showing the training at the begining as well as the war, a bit like Jarhead does.
I love Blackhawk Down, quite realistic compared to many war movies and the gear is accurate too. Very observant Vako, I think thats exactly what they were trying to do with the music. I didn't notice until I watched the extras on my dvd It was good account of what happened, not perfect but you'll never get that from a movie, for example the character Hoot isn't a real person.

The Crow.
Although a very good movie, I think it's overrated.

Marie Antoinette
I was pleasently surprised, it is a far better movie than I thought. Loved the way they mixed rock (and even some punk) into the whole story, making her look like a star and not "just" a distant monarch.

Network, possibly the most frightening movie I've seen. As a work of art, it can be easily compared with FARENHEIT 451 in terms of effectiveness and subject matter.

I liked it too, although the Converse sneakers in that one scene threw me. I just watched Black Dahlia and Pan's Labyrinth. NEITHER one lived up to the hype. Such a disappointment.
