Do you guys know how beautiful we are? I was just reading through some posts as always and just thought of this.
I'm sure you all know how beautiful you are. I'm so proud to be who I am and I'm so happy that I've found a group of people (excluding a few) that share core similarities with me.

yes a lot of sleep is good...however not a lot of sleep isn't....god damn i have to change my sleeping habits...lately i haven't been as bad as i usually am except last night...it came 2am too quickly...i had waited for mel to come online for hours but least i chatted to her for like an hour before i got caught online by my mum!!

I found this out when my parents went on vacation for 2 weeks, and my Dad told me that since all the raspberries in his garden were going to be ripe any day, I could have them all if I picked them before the birds got them. I picked them all and then took a pail of them to my favorite bar. I made a deal with the bartender. He could have all the raspberries so he could offer a spontaneous "fresh raspberry margarita" special, and in return I got to drink them for free all night. Alcohol and depression is a double-edged sword. Yes, I've self-medicated many times when I've felt low, but alcohol IS a depressant, so it usually does not make a depressed person feel better.
