Yes, I really do. I have no clue where to go other than here to find them. I want one that can speak English, though. Even if they live in the United States. As long as they're Japanese. I'd love it! XD

as if you would want jap e-buddies because my school is being swarmed by them all the time and there population is growing i want to kill the just live with the people from my school!
