I'm feeling ignored....
So lately I've been feeling really neglected by everyone in my life...and on Gnet as well....
I wish I could expound, but it's that simple that I feel I don't need to.
Maybe this is the reason I'm being ignored.

Well, you just need to kick some asses sometime. And not really care what people say, etc. If you show you're independent and your own person, then people start noticing.

And , Renatus, it's not that I'm judging my life based on that (though it does sound as though I am). It's just a bit sucky to not be attractive to people I'm around. Does that make any sense at all?

When I was in junior high school I tried to make friendly chittery-chat with this new kid who sat in front of me, but he didn't say anything when I remarked to him in several different ways that I had paid his mother to engage me in coitus. I hit him in the back of the head with my five-subject notebook when he didn't respond and I got kicked out of class. Teacher said he was deaf.
The moral of the story is hit the people you don't like.

High school is pretty much a 3-year term of putting up with "mind-jobs" from other people that say whether you're attractive or not and whether you fit in or not as well. What should matter the most is that you love and respect yourself for who you are, like drewsilla said, "it's their loss". They judge you from your looks and not the kind of person you are, and perhaps you could have been the best friend they would have ever had.
I myself do feel ignored alot everyday too, even though I don't want too much attention either, but I just take things as it goes and hope that someday someone will say "He's such an awesome friend!".
If those people don't find you attractive, then they are not as open-minded as they think they are.
