Similar to photobucket, though in my experience I've found it much more useful. For instance, I'm not sure what the case is with photobucket, but I believe that upon signing up you decide whether or not the entire account is to be public or private. With pictub, you decide on a folder by folder basis. I've also never experienced the server being down, and just little things like that.
Anyway, if you're attached to photobucket, by all means continue using it, but the people who made pictub are really commited to making it as efficient as possible (I've spoken to them briefly on a number of occasions), and plus they are really nice. They didn't put me up to this, but I figured it couldn't hurt to shill them out some.
