vindicatedxjin, I love that picture!

Today I bought: eight books and ten magazines, a big bag of Jolly Ranchers, and a pack of cloves.

I bought a moka, it is a small one but Jake doesn't drink coffee so I'll only be making enough for one.

Yesterday I finally got around to replacing my worn out copied cassettes with cds:

Extreme Noise Terror: A Holocaust In Your Head

Extreme Noise Terror / Filthkick Split

Leggo the old singer from Deviated Instinct sings in Filthkick, which is a huge bonus.

At the flea market this weekend, I scored a pretty nice black duster for $10. Felt even better when I haggled it down to five. Skills.

A white top with ruffle "sleeves" ( they're just bits of material that stick out ftom the shoulders and run down the sides a bit ) that I fully intend to modify by taking a razor to said sleeves, and maybe in little places on the front, and black fabric paint to the front and back. Not sure wether to do a band shirt .lyrics or just flick the black paint at it.

I also bought some cream/white rose pattern tights. Not sure how they'll look but I'm hoping to put them with my 6 inch black heels and some sort of raggedy effect black skirt...go for a kind of monochrome effect. This could be the making of a great new year's outfit..

Oh, and a pair of black feather earrings which I'm going to modify because they have some hideous neon beads on them which need to be replaced with something better.

I bought this little number for New Years. I tried it on while dress shopping with my mother last weekend and while we both agreed that, while she wouldn't buy something so short for me, it was the perfect little black dress so I ended up going back and getting it for myself (and I just happened to walk into a store wide sale so I got it for 30% off).

I love how you called it a 'sammich'! That is my favorite way of referring to them too!

I just bought two pizzas online and my babybat + I just returned from the Mall where she got to pick out a little lotion for in her purse.

Damn, I wish I had the ability to wear heels like that. Unfortunately, I take the bus or a train wherever I go, which makes for such an unpleasant ride. I also get extremely scared of walking down a flight of stairs with heels that are more than 1 inch.

I bought a ham and cheese pretzel for mother, and started the xmas gift list. I've started with my friend Kate.

I've decided to do something a little different this year, and make one smallish box for everyone containing little gifts . So far Kate's box has some red rose hair slides, a pack of 3 really cute lipbalms in the shape of cartons of milk with amusing faces on them( strawberry banana and chocolate ) and she's always asking me to make her a piece of jewellery so I'm going to make her some earrings with purple crystal hearts and little bones. And I might get her a bathbomb or something for a scented gift.

I must get some really nice square boxes with nice designs on them now to put the things in.
