HAHAHAHAHAHAHA Very true.

Vocalists I hate? Iron fuck Maiden for starters. Can not stand their vocalists. Ozzy sucks, Dio sucks, any traditional "death metal" band that sounds like nothing but pigs grunting to fast drums.

I hate Emilie Autumn's voice. It's obvious what she's trying to go for, but she lacks the vocal talent. I suppose, though, that that's made up for by her violin skillz.

Amy Whinehouse
Axl Rose (GnR)
Britney Spears (especially in that new "Radar" song. gahhh.)
Sammy Hagar or David Lee Roth (I'm just not a Van Halen fan at all)
Justin Hawkins (The Darkness)
Steven Tyler (Aerosmith)
Mariah Carey
Claudio Sanchez (Coheed and Cambria = absolute pain!)
Serj Tankian (System of a Down)
David Drainmen (Distrubed... OUH OUH)
Ian Stuart (skrewdriver. big name in white pride. I have skinhead friends who are all about him. his voice just hurts.)
Poly Styrene (Xray Spex)
Fred Durst (Limp Bizkit)
Celine Dion (for the love of all that is holy! shut her up!)
Scott Stapp (Creed)
Roger Hodgson (Supertramp)
Emilie Autumn
Adam Levine (Maroon 5)

As for singers that I can only take so much of:
Ozzy
Geddy Lee (Rush)
Bruce Dickenson (Iron Madien)
Bob Dylan (I love him, but gahh)
Jon Davis (Korn)

*edited because I forgot Adam Levine*

Any of the "singers" from CoF. I'm serious this time, a baby being disemboweled really WOULD sound nicer. I was shocked when I first heard CoF - I laughed. But of course, this is just my personal opinion.

Anything done in the style of chipmunks, or similar high pitched, bloodcurdling auditory atrocities. I'd curb stomp a baby but the blood won't stay as red as my plaid creepers... :3

All I have to say is this. Her voice is musically wrong, wrong wrong. Her pitch is always off, her screaming is terrible, and her voice was just not meant for singing, by choral standards. It goes against everything I learned in Honors Chorus.

But guess what. I love it.
Completely.
It's not bad, just not expected.
When I first started listening it was shocking.
After hearing one song twice I realized that her voice is unique and creative.

I just find it disappointing in that she could be amazing if she'd only restrain herself a tiny bit more. "Thank God I'm Pretty," for instance, is a spectacular use of that "wrong"-ness. I just feel that she takes it too far and misses the mark.

Another vote for the guy from Lacuna Coil, I do however like Christina Scabbia
That guy from Cake who isn't important enough for me to remember his name
That guy from 311, especially when he tries to sing like Robert Smith

I'm not sure there are any voices that make me want to kill a baby. There are some that make me want to kill the singer, but that's more about how the singing fits in with the way everybody else is singing. Like Screamo... it's not really that hard to scream a song, but what these people are doing is pretty much cloning every other screamo-singer's voice. Same with that Emo-Pop stuff where they all sound 15 years old. And I think I may not like Esmee Denters.
