I agree that Lullaby from The Cure is a spooky video, even if it doesn't seem scary now it still has a great sense of atmosphere to it.
I would also add Stinkfist, Aenima and Schism from Tool. They are amazingly atmospheric clips.

I have to agree, thought I thought it was more beautiful than I did creepy. Somehow I felt like I could relate to it, even though it was about as abstract as you can get.

All of Reznor's videos' tend to leave me like that, except for anything (I can't even remember how many he made) off of With Teeth. It just was.... stupid.

Agreed. The videos from With_Teeth were just boring compared to his other videos. If he hadn't set such high standards prior to With_Teeth, they may have actually been interesting.
