Mindhunter
I studied forensics, have a very morbid curiosity, and a special interest in the macabre.
Mindhunter, hands down, is one of the best series out there on serial killers. I also read the book, and would have to say if they continued it, it could last about 5 seasons.
John Douglas also wrote a book about BTK, and how they caught him. Extremely fascinating.
For all those serial killers that had a normal family facade, I just cannot imagine the horror of finding out your loved one is a killer.
