Assassin's Creed and Bioshock Vs. Fallout 3?

I'm asking the gamers here on what they feel would be a better play.

Assassins Creed and Bioshock or Fallout 3. Reason being, I can get AC and Bioshock both for roughly the same price as Fallout 3.

But I want replay value. I know they're all three fantastic games for the first go, but after that, a game can get kinda dull.

So what say you, guys? Eventually, I'll have all three games, but for now, what would you buy first?

assassins creed I've found gets dull, bioshock, always goodfor a laugh but I think fallout 3 has the best replay value since you have all those different skills.

Assassin's Creed is pretty damn dull, I have it and it's failed to captivate me from the very start.

Bioshock was pretty awesome, I never played Assassin's Creed much but Fallout 3 I actually lost a lot of friends to XD a friend of mine has eighty hours put into it and is still playing. So if you want something to replay and keep you busy for a long time, Fallout 3.

Fallout 3 by far, although the best thing you could possibly get would be a pc copy of any of the elder scrolls games. There are so many mods that the games life span is insane. You can easily play morrowind with various mods for a few years. That's assuming you don't switch up the mods for new main story lines.

I'm still playing the original Unreal Tournament and Half-Life. Now that is a testament to the power of mods.

AC is kinda irrelevant to this; it's a good enough game, but unless you really like the exploration aspects then it's more in a "rent" catagory.

In Bioshock versus Fallout 3, I would personally go with Bioshock. In my opinion it has better graphics and atmosphere, and while not as potentially varied as Fallout I think that the gameplay is overall more fun.

Bioshock kicks much ass. Fallout 3 does as well, but in a different way. I would go for Fallout 3 IMHO.

Assassins Creed sucked. I bought it, and returned it, the same day.

I've got both Bioshock and Fallout 3. I am pleased as punch with both of them. Fallout 3 is a bit overwhelming though. But interesting and fun.

Same vibes as Oblivion, really.

I't made by the same people. I'm gussing it's supposed to be like The Elder Scrolls placed in the future so they don't just keep doing the same old fantasy RPG. Never played Fallout, but The Elder Scrolls are pretty freakin rad, though.

Naah.
The first FallOut games weren't made by Bethesda.
And they were turn based RPGs.
Bethesda bought it and built the new game on the Oblivion engine.
They added the VATS system as a sort of turnbased.
If you liked Oblivion you'll like the new FallOut.
Older FallOut players may not like it so much.
Personally I believe all FallOut games (not including the shitty PS2 shooter) are frickin' awesome, as are all Elder Scrolls games.

Eh Elder scrolls is similar but not exactly the same, Elder scrolls doesn't let you watch your victim get decapitated by a bullet in slow motion.

That's because there are no bullets in Oblivion, dude.

Pushing corpses off of steep cliffs and watching them tumble is fun. So is vaporizing your enemies with your own specialy created spells. Also reanimating your dead enemies to fight beside you rules.

I always loved that bit.

You can't dismember people in oblivion either.

But other than the newest games from each series using the same engine they're not connected.
It's definitely my favourite game engine at the moment though...

Guards piss me off so much in Oblivion, because you can kill one in one hit with absoloutely no witnesses around and suddenly there's a bounty of 1000 gold on you, and it pisses me off, because unless I'm caught I shouldn't have a bounty =/

Same goes for killing people from Guilds, I'm the Arch-Mage of the Mage's Guild and I killed a member so they expelled the fucking Arch-Mage/Guildmaster, annoying mechanic at best.

I have to agree with everyone so far. The HAVOK engine is a great gaming engine.

So far, I've gotten almost to level 4. But the book writing lady pisses me all off. Seriously, her voice just bugs me.

...I want to nuke Megaton City so god damned badly.
