And then, let's have a look at your idiotic poll:
The options about what 'we' (ahem) like about Manson is either his make up, or his costumes.
There's no option for his lyrics, his sound, or the quite innovative (but flawed) ideal of being everything he shouldn't be which was nice until it was automatically defeated by the gain in fans that want to be just like him.
Seriously, for a hardcore fan, you're pretty superficial about your idol.

I'm quite saddened that I cannot cast a vote in this most vital and interesting poll. Alas, I neither like his makeup, nor do I like his "coustume" (I will assume you meant costume). I furthermore have no interest in his music...with the exception of about three songs which I find slightly entertaining.
I will, however, give him credit for being a smart man and knowing how to market himself to sell records and make money. I also am quite sure that he is proficient at writing and expressing his thoughts in proper English, unlike "some" people...

I agree with Chelseagirl. He's got a fair amount of buisness(sp?) savy and knows how to make pissloads of money. But as far as I'm concerned, the only good song he has is his version of "This is Hallowe'en".
As for the poll and original poster...I shed a tear for the departing intelligence of the human race.

I don't know... I know Manson isn't goth, but I actually do enjoy his music to an extant. =p "Golden age of grotesque" is quite interesting...
