FromTheHallow says "hello"
Hello,
My name is Logan. I'm 23 years old. I'm new to the boards, but I've read them off and on for a while.
1. What do I do?
I finished by bachelor's degree in psychology just over a month ago. I'm looking at graduate schools in psychological counseling now. I am a performance artist. If there are any other performance artists (Not Performing Artists) out there, let's talk. I am a musician. I play guitar, bass, trumpet, drums, bagpipes, trombone, piano, synth/vocoder, turntables, computer programming, and sing, but only for fun. I enjoy reading, drawing, and painting as well.
2. Where am I from?
I loathe this question. I've lived all over the US. If you care to know where or for how long, feel free to inquire.
3. Who is my favorite author?
I like Palahniuk, Poe, Brite, and Matheson, among many others.
4. What are my favorite films?
Amelie, Happiness, Dancer in the Dark, White Zombie, Dementia 13, The Last Man on Earth, Dracula, Bram Stoker's Dracula, all of Burton's movies, Coffee and Cigarettes, Pi, Requiem for a Dream, Nosferatu, Shadow of the Vampire, all of Takashi Miike's movies, Boondock Saints, and so many more.
5. What music do I want played at my wedding?
This summer I decided Rasputina must play at my wedding.
6. At my funeral?
Chopin's 19th Nocturne in E minor, my favorite song of all time
7. How do I want to die?
I've always wanted to die by my own hands. A knife to the chest, walking into traffic, and jumping from a cliff sound appealing.
8. What kind of casket do I want?
I don't know that I want to be burined in a casket or at all.
9. What is my favorite outfit?
I love my "Victorian Psychologist" outfit, big black boots, black dress pants, white button-up shirt, black and gray vest, long black (evening) dress coat, top hat, cane, and plenty of eye liner/shadow.
10. What do I miss about being a little kid?
Innocent fun.
11. What's my favorite band?
I love Tom Waits, the Faint, the Cure, the Cruxshadows, the Advantage, Operation Ivy, Bauhaus, Tub Ring, Joy Division, New Order, the Nine, De/Vision, Monolithic, Yann Tiersen, Chopin, Mozart, Beethoven, Stravinsky, Wagner, Verdi, and many others.
12. What kind of education do I have?
I graduated Magna Cum Laude with my bachelor's degree in Psychology. I'm working on getting a master's in psychological counseling.
13. Why did I join?
To meet other children of the night

Boondock Saints is the best movie. Ever. It is so good, that it is my favorite movie. Just because you like it, I declare that I like you.

Thank you. I'd have to agree with Xnguela, though. Amelie is the greatest movie I've seen. Sorry, I have to say I like you both too, though. I've actually spent two nights watching those two movies until sunrise. (Amelie, Boondock, Amelie, Boondock, Amelie, Sunrise, Sleep).
Yes, Logan is traditionally a male name, but I've met a couple girls named Logan.
Saya, I have an addiction to buying instruments. I'm actually about to try to learn the theremin. I can't wait.

Wow...you seem like a very talented man. To quote a cheesy pop song from the Partridge Family: "I Think I Love you..."
And Logan's a sexy name.

Sensuous0mar, flattery will get you everywhere. Thank you very much.
Eyesoftragedy, thank you. I decided to join because I saw that MOST of the members here seem to be intelligent, fun loving people.
Also, I promise to post some pictures on the picture thread later. Tonight is "M. F. Drawing Night" at my house, so I have to sit around and draw with my roommates first.

I still thin Boondock Saints is the best, but then again I have an Irish fetish.
But why does that matter when there is so much *like* in the air?

Circle V, I love Tom Waits. His spoken word tracks ignite a fiery passion in me, especially "Watch Her Disappear"!
Sanctus Dei, I just posted a picture on the picture thread. I am quite dead inside at the moment.
Blushing Heliophobe, It is a great movie. I agree. I'm of Scottish descent, does that do anything for you? I could post some kilt pictures.
